Our Tailored Business Horse Riding & EFL Programs
Horses Helping us to Manage Business Better
Horses provide immediate mirrored feedback; they respond to our body language, our outward energy, and our feelings; therefore, they can help us reflect on our business leadership skills and interactions within the workplace. Horses show us instantly how our actions reflect in business interactions both internally and externally. Commanding a 500kg horse is indisputably harder than managing a team, but it shares the same skills and can directly improve business leadership.
Our Horse Riding & EFL programs develop a real practical understanding for the participant to grow in many aspects of business management, in particular human resources. No horse experience or skill is required to participate in our programs. Anyone of any age, background or ability can benefit.
